BOTTOM DISCHARGE MIXING AND STIRRING MACHINE
It adopts a planetary double-paddle stirring structure. The double stirring paddles and the mixing pot rotate relatively at the same time, ensuring thorough mixing of the materials.
During the stirring process, there are no dead corners or blind spots, which is a relatively new stirring structure and movement trajectory.
The bottom of the pot is equipped with an automatic discharge device, which can automatically clear out the well-mixed materials. (Optional automatic powder and water/ honey addition systems are available, with additional costs.)
CLEANING METHOD
Hot water is filled into the mixing pot. The stirring paddle, bottom piston, and discharge scraper of the mixing pot are soaked in the hot water for 30 minutes. The machine is then operated for 10 minutes, and cleaned with a dedicated brush.
After stopping the machine, the pot is cleaned with pure water from the high-pressure cleaning vehicle. Then, the wastewater in the pot is discharged into the sewer with a negative pressure cleaning vehicle.
After starting the machine, the plunger is lifted, and the remaining residue is rinsed with pure water and discharged through the lower discharge port along with the water collection funnel. At the same time, the discharge conveyor belt is pulled out and cleaned with pure water.

The touch screen allows setting the mixing time from 0 to 3600 seconds with an adjustment accuracy of 1 second.
7. During the mixing process, the hydraulic system has interlock protection functions.
8. Different shapes of stirring paddles can be selected according to different materials, and the stirring paddle speed can be adjusted steplessly. The stirring speed can be set and adjusted within the range of 5 to 50 revolutions per minute, with an adjustment accuracy of 1 revolution per minute. The speed of the mixing pot can be adjusted by frequency conversion.
9. A dedicated high-pressure cleaning vehicle can be optionally equipped for equipment cleaning.
10. It is equipped with an optional automatic metering and adding powder, honey and water technology. This technology is a key technology for achieving dust-free production during mixing.
