FULLY AUTOMATIC PILL-MAKING MACHINE

The WZW-200 type traditional chinese medicine pill-making machine is a new product developed by our company.

It is the first of its kind in china as a pressure-free plate pill-making machine. It offers better synchronization of the medicine strips and less tail material.

It is an alternative to the current pressure plate pill-making machines and can be widely used in the production of traditional chinese medicine pills such as honey pills, water-honey pills, concentrated pills, and water pills, as well as in the production of pills in the food and chemical industries. 

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The well-mixed medicinal materials are put into the hopper. Under the extrusion of two screws in the feeding cavity, the materials are squeezed through the extrusion die to form multiple strips of the same diameter. Controlled by the guide wheels, they enter the pill forming section and are rolled into uniform-sized pills by the circular cutter.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

1. A special extrusion structure is adopted to replace the current feeding pressure plate of the pill-making machine, ensuring better synchronization of the drug strips and less tail material.
